We carry $20 million public liability cover. Ask and we will email you the certificate of currency before the first clean, along with our workers compensation details for your building manager.
No lock-in term and no exit fee. Agreements run month to month and either side can end them with 30 days written notice, so the service has to keep earning the contract.
You get a named crew rather than a rotating pool, working to an itemised scope you sign off. A supervisor spot-checks the site and you receive the check sheet, so the standard is measured against something written down.
Quotes list every area, task and frequency with the price against each line. Nothing is billed that is not on the scope, and any variation is quoted in writing before the work happens.
